Nedim Đikić

Nedim Đikić was born in Sarajevo in 1983. He graduated from the Department of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo in 2006. Professor Mustafa Skopljak supervised his practical work and Professor Ibrahim Krzović the theoretical component.

His practice explores individual freedom in relation to religious, ideological and social rules. He addresses psychology, interpersonal relationships, social issues and materialism and also makes applied art objects. He lives and works in Sarajevo. He works at the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Sarajevo as a plasterwork specialist.
