Denis Haračić

Denis Haračić was born in Travnik in 1991. He completed his master’s degree at the Department of Printmaking of the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo in 2018 under Professor Amela Hadžimejlić. He works in drawing, painting and printmaking, as well as digital painting, animation and sound installation. Through psychological portraits, he explores individual and group identity and the individual’s relationship with contemporary society.

He has presented his work in seven solo exhibitions and 40 group exhibitions, biennials and triennials in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad. His works are held in international collections, including the Museum of Now in Berlin, which holds 72 of his works. His recognitions include the printmaking award at Collegium Artisticum in 2021.
